How to order
Select the products you want to order and add them to your shopping cart. Review your shopping cart before checking out, confirm your order and select your payment option to complete the order. Once the order has been placed, we can no longer change it. You just ordered your item! You will receive the order confirmation email shortly.

How do I cancel my order?
The mail is collected from our store every day between 16:00 and 18:00. After the order has been placed, it is only possible to cancel or change it before 16:00 by calling us on +31703584800. If the package has already been sent, you must return it according to the terms of our return policy.

How do I change my order?
Want to change your order? Then return the product and place a new order for the correct product via our online store. You will receive the refund for the returned item as soon as we have received it again. Entered an incorrect delivery address? Then contact us by phone, whatsapp or email. Do this as soon as possible and before 16:00

The price of an item has decreased since I placed my order.
Please understand that our prices can change depending on current trends, promotions and stock. If the price of a product has been reduced but you have already ordered it, please contact us and of course we will compensate you. Sometimes we decide to discount something and orders shortly before that we cannot see coming. We are human too ;-)

Why haven't I received an order confirmation email?
Please check if you have received an order confirmation within 2 hours of placing the order. It may have ended up in your spam folder. If the email is not in your inbox, the payment may have failed or is still in process, which means that your order has not yet been confirmed. In this case, we recommend that you check your bank statement, PayPal account or credit card statement.

If the amount has actually been debited from your account and you have not received the confirmation email, please contact us and we will assist you.
