How to order
Select the products you wish to order and add them to your shopping cart. Check your shopping cart before checking out, confirm your order and select your payment option to complete the order. Once the order has been placed, we cannot modify it. You have just ordered your item! You will receive the order confirmation email shortly.
How do I cancel my order?
Mail is collected from our store every day between 4 PM and 6 PM. After an order has been placed, it is only possible to cancel or change it before 4 PM by calling us at +31703584800. If the package has already been shipped, you must return it according to the terms of our return policy.
How do I change my order?
Do you want to change your order? Please return the product and place a new order for the correct product via our online store. You will receive a refund for the returned item once we have received it. Did you enter an incorrect delivery address? Please contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or email. Do this as soon as possible and before 4 PM.
The price of an item has been reduced since I placed my order.
Please understand that our prices may change depending on current trends, promotions, and stock. If the price of a product has been reduced but you have already ordered it, please contact us and we will, of course, compensate you. Sometimes we decide to discount something, and we cannot foresee orders placed shortly before that. We are human too ;-)
Why haven't I received an order confirmation email?
Please check if you received an order confirmation within 2 hours of placing the order. It may have ended up in your spam folder. If the email is not in your inbox, the payment may have failed or is still pending, which means your order has not yet been confirmed. In that case, we advise you to check your bank statement, PayPal account, or credit card statement.
If the amount has indeed been debited from your account and you have not received the confirmation email, please contact us and we will help you.
