Before you go on holiday, it's important to ensure your skis and/or snowboard are well-maintained. This way, you'll enjoy every descent to the fullest! Read below to find out what we can do for you and why proper maintenance is so important.

🔪 Sharpening

Sharp edges provide more grip on the slopes—even on ice. Are your edges well-sharpened and free of burrs? Then you'll carve effortlessly over hard snow where you would normally slide. We start by machine sharpening for the rough work and then finish by hand for a perfectly smooth and sharp result. Finally, we blunt the edges at the front and back, so your skis or snowboard turn smoothly without catching on the snow.

🧴 Waxing

A well-waxed board or pair of skis not only glides faster but also better. With the right wax, you can get those extra meters on flat sections or go a bit faster. Wax also protects the base of your equipment from drying out and dirt. So always go on vacation with a fresh coat of wax—and have your equipment re-waxed after a few days for maximum performance and enjoyment.

🩹 Repair / Fill

A groove or scratch in your base after hitting a rock? No problem! We'll fill and repair these areas so your board or ski glides perfectly again. It's always wise to have damage repaired immediately—this prevents it from getting worse and extends the life of your equipment.
