EXCHANGES & RETURNS

It's normal to want to try on a purchase, but please try to open the packaging as carefully as possible so we can still use it when you return it. If a product has been completely stripped of all labels and other items, we reserve the right to deduct 10% of the purchase price from the refund. Download our >>>returns form<<< , print it out, and complete it as completely as possible.
Don't have a printer handy? Simply write on the packing slip what you're returning and whether you'd like to exchange or return it.

What are the ways I can exchange or return my product?
You can return your product(s) by mail or in-store. However, if we unexpectedly sent you the wrong or damaged item, we will, of course, reimburse the return shipping costs and provide you with a shipping label.

How many days do I have to exchange or return my product(s)?
You have up to 30 days after receipt to return the product and possibly exchange it.

Is the size not right and would you like to order a different size?
If the product is too big or too small but you want to order the same item in a different size, it's best to reorder it directly through our website. You'll likely receive it the next day. Please return the product you don't want to keep to us.

Are there any costs for exchanges and returns?
We offer free shipping on orders within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany of €50 or more. Exchanging and/or returning your product(s) is at your own expense.

When can I expect my money back in my account?
Once your product(s) have been returned to us, they will be checked and processed in our system. It will then take approximately 24-48 hours for your money to be credited back to your account.

Conditions for returning products
Products must be returned undamaged and with all labels attached. Damaged or otherwise unacceptable products may be refused. Therefore, please ensure that returned products are properly packaged to prevent damage during return.
