It is normal that you want to try and measure a purchase, but try to open the packaging as neatly as possible because then we can still use it if you return it. If a product has really been stripped of all labels and such, we reserve the right to withhold 10% of the amount from the amount that is refunded to you. What are the ways I can exchange or return my product?
You can return your product(s) by mail or in the store. But if we have unexpectedly sent you an incorrect or damaged item, we will of course reimburse the return shipping and you will receive a shipping label for this.

How many days do I have to exchange and return my product(s)?
You have up to 30 days after receipt to return the product and exchange it if necessary.

Is the size not right and would you like to order a different size?
If the product is too big or too small but you want to order the same item in a different size, it is best to order it again directly via our website, then you will probably have it the next day. Return the product you do not want to keep to us

Are there any costs for exchanges and returns?
We offer free shipping for orders within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany from 25,-. Exchanging and/or returning your product(s) is at your own expense.

When can I expect my money back in my account?
Once your product(s) have been returned to us, they will be checked and processed in our system. It will then take approximately 24 hours before you have your money back in your account.

Conditions for returning products
Products must be returned undamaged and with all labels attached. If products are damaged or otherwise in an unacceptable condition, they may be refused. Therefore, always ensure that the products that are returned are properly packaged so that they do not get damaged on the return journey.
