When will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped every working day after 16:00 with PostNL. We try to process orders after 16:00 as soon as possible if the container has not yet been collected. If the mail has already been collected, it will be shipped the next day. Except if you have ordered an item that is in stock at our supplier. Your item will then be sent to you as soon as possible. So take into account a few extra days delivery time.
How can I track my order?
As soon as the package leaves our store, it goes to a postal sorting center. And at the first scan (often in the evening) you can track your package. You have received an email with the track & trace data. Also check your spam folder, because the shipping confirmation can be there.
My order has been returned to sender .
Then your order will be automatically processed as a return and will be refunded. If you still want to receive the goods, you must place a new order in our online store.
Can I change the address of my package?
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information for your order. If your address is incorrect, the package will automatically be returned to us. We can then resend it to you with the correct information.
Has your order been shipped but not yet delivered?
Then check if the package has been delivered to a neighbor or to a collection point. If this is not the case and the package has not been delivered within the expected delivery time, please contact us via whatsapp, email or phone.
My package is damaged or lost, what now?
We send all packages insured to. If a package is damaged / lost that is annoying but luckily it is only material. We will then send you a document that you have to sign and then we can file a claim with the post. Unfortunately this can take 2 weeks but if they have not been able to find the package then we and you will simply get our money back. So it may take a little longer but we will definitely help you!
What is the estimated delivery time in working days?
Within the Netherlands, this is normally ordered before 16:00, is in the house tomorrow. If you have ordered a product that has to arrive at the supplier today, shipping may take a few days longer. Count on 4 extra days. Of course, shipments can be on the road longer at peak times at the post. Think of: Black Friday, and the month of December.
